1. Delete From Inside The App
To delete your profile in the app:
- Open Settings / Profile.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Confirm with your device authentication when prompted.
Warning: This action permanently deletes your account and drafts. TrueConsent first tries to remove app-created Drive sharing. If Google access is unavailable, deletion can continue and the app identifies sharing you must remove manually.
2. Data Retention and Deletion
Draft records are deleted. Completed consent records may be retained in anonymized form when needed for audit integrity, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or the rights of other consent parties.
General Data Retention
Across all our apps, we may retain limited information when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or support history. We will explain any required retention when responding to a manual deletion request.
